Do I need to keep your products in the fridge?Yes, once opened you need to refrigerate and consume within 3-4 days. Unopened they are fine in your pantry.

What is the difference between rillettes and pâté?Our rillettes range is 100% free range meat, beautifully crafted into delicious shredded-like texture delicacies. Our pate range are rustic in texture and made from freedom farmed pork liver.

When would I eat these products?Serve a pre-dinner canapé on a slice of Artisan Bread to complement your antipasto platter.

What’s the ideal temperature for serving?For our rillettes range we recommend you serve at room temperature on thin slices of Artisan Bread. For our pâtés range we recommend you chill the pate before serving on thin slices of Artisan Bread.

What makes your product different from the imported French products?Our products are 100% natural, No Preservatives, Nitrates, or Additives. They are handcrafted and not mass produced.

What is Charcuterie?Charcuterie is a French term for any processed meat products that are predominantly made from pork. Charcuterie is derived from the French words for chair saucisse – (minced pork) and cuit (the cooking component).

How can your products have such a long shelf life?All our products have a 4 years shelf life, the thermal process we use preserves them and this means we don’t use any preservatives, nitrates or additives. Therefore, you can store them in a cool dark place until you open them.

Where did you get your qualification?Mike studied in French for 2 years at the l'université de Bayonne in the South West of France.
